Any watch that has not been worn, damaged, scratched or altered in any way within 30 days of delivery, is entitled to a full refund. The item to be returned must be partnered with all original packaging and paperwork as well as proof of purchase. Watch Frontier is not responsible for return shipping costs.
When returning an item please include a note in your return parcel outlining the details and reason for your return. Please ensure that items are in their original packaging and all items are included. We suggest using a registered eParcel through Australia Post.
Any item that is returned to Watch Frontier must be in original condition with original packaging and warranty. All items are subject to inspection and verification by our appraisers before a refund is processed. This is to ensure the item has not been worn, has not been damaged or altered and is arriving in as new, resalable condition.
Your refund will be applied in the same tender used to pay for the original order within 3 Business Days of receiving your returned item. Once your return has been processed, we will notify you via email. Please allow time for your bank to process the transfer (usually 3-5 days depending on your institution). Refund amount excludes all original and return postage costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility and cost to ensure the item makes it back to Watch Frontier. Watch Frontier is not liable for any items lost in the mail, original shipping/handling or any additional costs incurred. We recommend customers to return goods via registered or trackable postal services. Returned items/ parcels remain the property and responsibility of the customer until received and refunded by Watch Frontier.
